Refund policy

RETURN POLICY:

Luxury Pillow has a 30 day satisfaction guaranteed return policy. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can return your item(s) for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Item(s) are returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Item(s) are in new, unused, and resalable condition with all components and original packaging
  • Item(s) haven't been washed

Please note that there is a 20% restocking fee on all returned orders.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. No refunds will be made after 30 days from the delivery date of the order.

Luxury Pillow reserves the right to refuse to process the return or process partial return, at our discretion, if any of the above conditions have not been met. 

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

  • Indicate item(s) you wish to return
  • Please indicate the reason for return as we are always trying to improve our products and processes

 

HOW SHOULD I PACKAGE MY RETURN?

All returns should be adequately packaged to avoid damage or loss in transit. You are responsible for the item until it arrives back with us, and we cannot issue refunds or replacements for goods damaged or missing during transit. You may wish to elect tracking or insurance on your package.

     

     

    REFUND PROCESSING

    Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our returns policy. Please allow 10 working days for your return to be inspected.

    If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment and you will then receive an email notifying you of the refund. Please note that each bank's timeframe to credit your account may vary, but this is typically within about 3-5 business days.

    ORDER CANCELLATION:
    If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours. We cannot promise that it will be possible to change or cancel your order once it has been placed, but we will do our best to assist you.

    EXCHANGES

    Did you order the wrong size, color, or pattern? We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

    • Indicate your order number 
    • Indicate item(s) you wish to return
    • Indicate item(s) you wish to receive instead
    • Please indicate the reason for return as we are always trying to improve our products and processes

    Please note that all products must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, have all components and original packaging, and the item(s) cannot have been washed to be eligible for an exchange.

    The replacement item(s) must be less than or equal to the sales price of the item you wish to exchange. For replacement items that are more than the original sales price, we will provide additional instructions when you contact us. 

    Once we receive the item(s) to be exchanged, we will initiate a shipment for the replacement item(s) and, if applicable, credit your account for the difference.  

     

    FAULTY GOODS

    Quality is of utmost importance to us! If you received a faulty item, please contact us within the following information within 30 days of delivery of your order:

    • Email us at Hello@LuxuryPillow.co with FAULTY GOODS subject for instructions
    • Include a photo of the fault
    • Describe the issue
    • Indicate your order number

    All items reported as faulty will be inspected by us upon arrival. Now and again, we might require additional information from you as we investigate the issue.

    Please bear in mind that items showing defects deemed to be due to accidental damage, general wear and tear, age, or neglect will not be regarded as faulty. Based on the findings of our inspection, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement, repair, or refund. 

    After 30 days, the order will be considered accepted by you and assumed to be correct and not faulty or damaged. No refunds or replacements will be issued after 30 days.
